How to order

As we are a web based company, we primarily take payments over the website. Don't worry though, because ordering online with scuddlebutt3.co.uk is quick and easy and we use PayPal because they have the safest payment processing system in the world. If you are concerned about paying over the Internet, or would prefer not to pay online, we can accept payment by other methods. Please see our payment details guides from the customer services index.

Step 1

Firstly, you can navigate around this website by using the links at the top and left hand side of each page. These links will take you to each category of products we supply. If you are having difficulty finding a certain category, you can use the site index to assist you.

When you have found a product you would like to purchase, you can usually find more information about it by clicking on the image of the product or the more information link. On all of the pages with products on, you will notice that there is a button that reads 'Add To Basket' (See image below). If you would like to purchase an item, just click this button. The item will then be added to your very secure online shopping basket, where it can be removed at any time. Please remember, that when you click on the add to basket button you have not yet committed yourself to buying that item.

Step 2

When you have added enough items to your basket, you can view the basket at any time by clicking on the 'View Basket' button (shown in the image below). From here you can edit the contents of your shopping basket. If you would like to remove an item from the basket just tick the remove box. If you would like to increase or decrease the quantity of an item, just click on the quantity box and type in the desired amount. If the shopping basket amounts do not automatically update, just click on the update basket button. To return to the shop screen with all of the items on it, just click on the continue shopping button.

Step 3

Once you have viewed the shopping basket and are happy with its contents, you can click on the proceed to checkout button. You will now be taken to the PayPal website where you will need to input your details. Once again, we would like to reiterate that the PayPal website is extremely secure and this is the reason why we have chosen PayPal to process all online customer payments.
