Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that you should receive a damaged or incorrect item, you can of course return it to us. However, please read the details below before returning an item.

To return an item, please firstly email us at sales@magnacol.co.uk for return authorisation.

Please remember to state reason for returning and include the delivery note / receipt, which was originally delivered with the parcel. If you have lost this document, please write your name, address, order number (from delivery note or confirmation email if you still have it), order date and item on a piece of paper and include with the parcel. If the original packaging was damaged in transit, please package the item as best as you can. Terms and conditions apply. Please read and understand the terms and conditions before returning an item.

Please remember that goods can only be returned and refunded within the 14-day approval period (14 days after the date of dispatch). Refunds or replacements will not be issued after this date.

Please also remember that it is your own responsibility to send items back to us. If the item is not received and marked as returned within the specified time, a refund will not be issued. If you wish to send the item back to us via recorded delivery, please do so. However, the charge for the recorded delivery service will not be refunded unless there are special circumstances.

Exchanges / replacements will be made if requested.
